Gallery Wall...feeling accomplished.

Finally...my gallery wall is complete!  This was definitely a bigger project than I thought it was going to be so when I finally hung the last picture, I felt so proud of myself for accomplishing this project.  I got the idea from Pinterest (of course) to trace your picture frames onto paper and then position the pieces of paper on the wall instead of trying to eye where you'd like to hang the frames.  This was such a great idea! So, once I found all the frames I needed (it's best to buy at garage sales or on sale in order to save money), and then figured out the layout I wanted, I proceeded to paint them.  Luckily, Annie Sloan Paint paints over any kind of surface, but I still needed 2 coats.  The frames where sealed with wax, pictures were ordered (this was a process as well since I wanted specific images on the wall and I have thousands to choose from), put together, and hung on the wall!  Voila! (more like voila times 30 days).  I love looking at this wall every day and feeling so much joy for having a wonderful family and a talent that allows me to capture the wonderful moments my little family shares.
